Frequently asked questions
Which carriers work?
Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, InPost and most others. reads each page and auto-detects the label, so as long as your carrier gives you a PDF, it can trim and lay it out. If a format doesn't trim cleanly, let us know and we'll take a look.
Does it upload my data?
No, it's 100% offline. Every label is processed on your own Mac and nothing is ever sent to a server. You can run with the internet switched off.
Can I print to a label printer?
Yes. Choose "Single labels" to output one label per page, sized for a thermal label printer such as a Zebra, Brother or DYMO. Peel and stick.
Will the barcodes still scan?
Yes. The output stays fully vector rather than being turned into an image, so barcodes and QR codes print sharp and scan reliably at the depot.
It cropped the wrong thing, or a blank page appeared
This usually means an unusual label layout tripped up the auto-detect. First, double-check you added the label PDF itself rather than a receipt or dispatch note. If the trim still looks off, email us the carrier and, if you can, a sample PDF, and we'll get the detection working for that format.

macOS 11 Big Sur or later.
